ABOUT JIM CRAIG
After living most of my life in Southwest Florida, I retired early and moved to the mountains of Western North Carolina. Looking for a gift for family shortly after my arrival, I was led to an expert knife maker, Hal Ferran, who invited me into his shop to learn his skills.
What started as a hobby for me became a business that I truly enjoy building, and I am blessed to have the gift of designing useful and unique knives. I hope you enjoy these beautiful knives as much as I enjoy creating them.
